What's your role and professional background?

My role is an NDIS Support Coordinator, I believe we are the key to simplifying the complexities of the NDIS, transforming an often hard-to-navigate system into a support system that resonates with my participants daily life

Outside of work, what are your interests?

I absolutely love the outdoors, keeping active and healthy, and spending as much time as possible with friends and family! 

What do you think sets Support Collective apart in providing quality supports to our participants?

We all chose to be Support Coordinators, and we all enjoy what we do! This sets us apart as we are doing what we love! This is obvious, especially when we see the smiles on our participants faces when they are receiving the supports, THEY want. We are compassionate and supportive, and our team is a fantastic and motivating one!! 

What's a fun fact about you that people might not know?

I’m a CrossFit lover and an animal lover. I have 2 Kelpies, 4 Guinea Pigs and 1 Rabbit – I’m still trying to convince my partner for an Alpaca and a Goat…. 

What do you find most rewarding about your work?

The most rewarding moments are seeing how happy our participants are when they receive the correct supports to allow them to be able to focus on achieving their goals and what is important to them, makes me do a little happy dance!!
