What's your role and professional background?

I was a 2IC of a disability organisation, with a strong background in NDIS operations, compliance, and participant‑centred support. I also bring lived experience through my own family members who are NDIS participants, which gives me a grounded, real‑world understanding of what good support truly looks like.

Outside of work, what are your interests? 

 I love showing my dogs, listening to country music, catching up with friends on weekends.

 I’m an animal lover, I love showing my dogs, and I like to dance.

What do you find most rewarding about your work?

 Seeing participants feel safer, supported, and empowered. The moments where someone finally gets the right support, feels heard, or experiences a positive shift—those are the moments that make this work meaningful.
