What's your role and professional background?

For the last two years I have been an NDIS Coordinator of Supports. Prior to this, I have had 2 years experience as a Case Manager with a focus on ‘crisis’ out-of-home-care, working in close collaboration with DCJ. I also have 6 years of experience ‘on-field’ in team management, on-call support, and providing direct care to children with complex needs and backgrounds as a youth and disability support worker in the out-of-home care setting.

Outside of work, what are your interests? 

Spending time with my children , Gardening, being outside, Lawn enthusiast, Soccer.

What do you think sets Support Collective apart in providing quality supports to our participants?

Support Collective approaches each participant individually and takes the time to build repour to completely understand the wants and needs of that participant to ensure they are being heard and have full control of their supports and choices.

What's a fun fact about you that people might not know?

Fun Fact , I love anything outside specifically my lawns and gardens

The relationships and connections you make with people.
