1. What’s your role and professional background?
I’ve been in the disability sector for 15 years, working across a variety of roles to support individuals in achieving their goals.

2. Outside of work, what are your interests?
I love creative arts and pop culture, always finding inspiration in storytelling, music, and visual expression.

3. What do you think sets Support Collective apart in providing quality supports to our participants?
Support Collective stands out because we’re creative thinkers and passion-driven, always looking for innovative ways to empower participants.

4. What’s a fun fact about you that people might not know?
I have a love for physical media and collect books. 

5. What do you find most rewarding about your work?
Seeing participants grow in confidence and independence is the most fulfilling part of what I do—it’s incredible to be part of their journey.
